ETM Mätteknik AB was founded in 1981 and is a part of the ETM group.
ETM Mätteknik AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden, is a provider of terminals and services for data communication in GSM and UMTS networks. Our mission is to develop and supply high reliable wireless terminals, including hardware and firmware, for M2M (machine-to-machine) communication with focus on Smart Metering, AMM/AMR (Automatic Meter Management/Automatic Meter Reading) applications. We maintain a high level of competence in new technologies and complete communication systems, such as networks and IT solutions, to be able to fulfil our commitment as a reliable service partner.
The ETM Group of Companies is privately owned and consists of units working in close co-operation with our clients. The group also includes:ETM Pacific Pty Ltd, based in Sydney, Australia, provides ETM products and services to the Australian, New Zealand and South East Asian markets. ETM Pacific is also the official distributor of Cinterion formerly known as Siemens GSM/UMTS terminals and modules in Australia and New Zealand.
ETM Communication AB, based in Stockholm, Sweden, develops and operates the Service Node, a server based system that retrieves network information and other important parameters from the remote terminals. Information including GPRS availability and signal quality is provided to the customer.
